Common use of Employ Advisors Clause in Contracts

Employ Advisors. Employ or retain Advisors for the purposes of fulfilling the Trustee’s duties and obligations in respect of the Trust, and as part of its reimbursable expenses under this Agreement, pay their reasonable fees and expenses. The Trustee shall be responsible for selecting such Advisors in accordance with the Standard of Care.
