Employee Access to Confidential Information. Employee shall: (a) access only such Confidential Information as is reasonably necessary to perform Employee’s job functions; and (b) allow access to Confidential Information under Employee’s control to only those of Employee’s co-employees whose job functions for Company reasonably necessitate access to such Confidential Information.
