Employee and/or Agent Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations. Business Associate agrees to require each of its workforce, agents and subcontractors having any involvement with the PHI to comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to security, confidentiality and privacy of the PHI and with the provisions of this Agreement.
