Employee Benefit Programs, Plans and Practices. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in welfare, health and life insurance and pension benefit programs as may be in effect from time to time for similarly situated executives of the Company generally. Executive shall not be entitled to participate in any severance plans provided to Company employees and hereby waives any rights to receive severance benefits other than as provided in this Agreement.
