Common use of Employee Benefits and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits and Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive employee benefits, vacation and fringe benefits (including, without limitation, medical, life insurance and other welfare benefits and benefits under retirement and savings plans) to the same extent as, and on the same terms and conditions as, other similarly situated executives of the Company from time to time.
