Common use of EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND OVERHEAD Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND OVERHEAD. Regardless of the method of compensation elected herein, compensation paid by the City shall, via the Multiplier, cover all the Consultant costs including, without limitation, employee fringe benefits (e.g. sick leave, vacation, holiday, unemployment taxes, retirement, medical, insurance and unemployment benefits) and an overhead factor. Failure to comply with this section shall be cause for cancellation of this Agreement.
