Common use of Employee Benefits and Pension Plans Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits and Pension Plans. 29.01 The Employer agrees to provide the following Employee Benefit Plans, and contribute towards the cost of each of these Plans an amount equal to the percentage of the rate applicable to an Employee, as listed below: [Not applicable to Employees who work more than fourteen (14) hours per week but less than twenty-four (24) hours per week.
