Common use of EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND PROGRAMS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND PROGRAMS. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive and the members of his immediate family shall be entitled to participate in any employee benefit plans or programs of the Company to the extent that his position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him or them, as the case may be, eligible to participate, subject to the rules and regulations applicable thereto.
