Common use of Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be provided with employee benefits, fringe benefits, and perquisites on a basis no less favorable than such benefits and perquisites are provided by the Company from time to time to the Company’s other senior executives as in effect from time to time.
