Common use of Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. The Executive shall be provided with employee benefits, fringe benefits and perquisites on a basis no less favorable than such benefits and perquisites are provided by the Company from time to time to the Company's other senior executives, including, but not limited to, five weeks vacation and health, vision and dental insurance. Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, at the time that the Executive is eligible to participate in the Company's group health plan; neither he nor any of his dependents will be subject to any pre-existing condition provision contained in such plan.
