Common use of Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be provided with employee benefits, fringe benefits and perquisites on a basis no less favorable than such benefits and perquisites are provided by the Company from time to time to the Company’s other senior executives, including, but not limited to, participation in a nonqualified deferred compensation plan, a 401(k) plan, health, dental, vision and life insurance, in each case to the extent otherwise maintained by the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be provided with employee benefits, fringe benefits and perquisites on a basis no less favorable than such benefits and perquisites are provided by the Company from time to time to the Company’s other senior executives, includingwhich shall include, but not limited towithout limitation, participation in a nonqualified deferred compensation plan, a 401(k) plan, health, dental, vision and life insurance, in each case to the extent otherwise maintained by the Company’s Supplemental Stock Purchase and Tax Savings Plan and the Company’s Supplemental Retirement Income Plan (or any successor plans thereto) as such plans may be in effect from time to time.
