Employee Has No Conflicting Obligations. Employee warrants and represents that Employee has the ability to enter into this Agreement, that entering into and performing this Agreement will not violate any agreement with or obligation to any third party, and that there are no restrictions or obligations to any third party which would restrict or interfere with Employee's performance of his duties or the discharge of his obligations under this Agreement.
