Employee Leasing Agreement. An Employee Leasing Agreement signed by the Company substantially in the form attached as Exhibit G;
Employee Leasing Agreement. Purchaser shall have executed and delivered the Employee Leasing Agreement.
Employee Leasing Agreement. That NMI and BCMI will enter into an Employee Leasing Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “B,” effective on January 1, 2011.

Employee Leasing Agreement. On the Closing Date, Gallagher shall have entered into the Employee Leasing Agreement with Equity Insurance Managers, Inc. substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto.
Employee Leasing Agreement. The Company will contract with Advanced Employer Solutions, LLC to lease employees to the Company, subject to approval of the master leasing contract by the Board. Without the prior approval of the Board, the Company shall not directly employ persons or offer employee benefit plans.
Employee Leasing Agreement. At or prior to the Closing, Cyber Digital, Acquisition Sub and Seller shall enter into an employee leasing agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Employee Leasing Agreement"), which shall provide, among other things, that during the twelve (12) months following the Closing Date, each of (i) Paul H. Riss, the current Chief Executive Officer of Seller, (ii) Fraxx Xxxx, xxx current Controller of Seller, and (iii) Lauri Vertreex, xxx xxxrent Operations Manager of Seller (collectivelx, xxx "Xxxxxxd Employees"), shall provide the services specified therein.
