Employee License or Certification. The PSA shall assure that persons working in the PSA, including both instructional and non-instructional staff, meet any and all licensing and certification requirements imposed by applicable local, state or federal ordinance, statute, law or regulation. The PSA must annually provide documentation to demonstrate its compliance with all such requirements, including copies of all required licenses and certifications.
