Common use of Employee Loans Clause in Contracts

Employee Loans. Except for Permitted Investments of the type described in clause (viii) or (ix) of the definition thereof, Borrower has no outstanding loans to any employee, officer or director of the Borrower nor has Borrower guaranteed the payment of any loan made to an employee, officer or director of the Borrower by a third party.

Employee Loans. Except for Permitted Investments of the type described in clause clauses (viiii), (vii) or (ixviii) of the definition thereof, Borrower has no outstanding loans to any employee, officer or director of the Borrower nor has Borrower guaranteed the payment of any loan made to an employee, officer or director of the Borrower by a third party.

Employee Loans. Except for Permitted Investments of the type described in clause clauses (i) [existing Investments], (vii) [stock purchase loans] or (viii) or (ix) [travel advances and relocation loans] of the definition thereof, Borrower has no outstanding loans to any employee, officer or director of the Borrower nor has Borrower guaranteed the payment of any loan made to an employee, officer or director of the Borrower by a third party.

Employee Loans. Except for Permitted Investments of the type described in clause (viii) or (ix) of the definition thereof, Borrower has no outstanding loans (other than as described under clause (viii) of the definition of Permitted Investments) to any employee, officer or director of the Borrower nor has Borrower guaranteed the payment of any loan made to an employee, officer or director of the Borrower by a third party.

Except for Permitted Investments of the type described in clause (viii) or (ix) of the definition thereofthereof or on Schedule 5.13, Borrower has no outstanding loans to any employee, officer or director of the Borrower nor has Borrower guaranteed the payment of any loan made to an employee, officer or director of the Borrower by a third party.
