Employee Matters Agreement Governs. The above provisions of Article II and this Article IV do not apply to employee matters (it being understood and agreed that employee matters shall be governed by the Employee Matters Agreement). In the case of any conflict between this Agreement and the Employee Matters Agreement in relation to any matters addressed by the Employee Matters Agreement, the Employee Matters Agreement shall govern.
