Common use of EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION. 1.01 Recognition: In accordance with the Public Employee Relations Commission of Florida, certification of December 3, 1998, the City recognized the employee organization as the exclusive Bargaining Agent to represent the public employees specified in said certification. The Bargaining Unit includes all sworn officers of the rank and classification of Police Sergeant as listed in the City of Naples Classification Compensation Plan. The Bargaining Unit does not include Police Officers, Police Lieutenants, Police Captain, Assistant Chief of Police, and all other employees of the Public Employer.
