Common use of EMPLOYEE PRESENT Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE PRESENT. A District employee must be present in the Facilities at any time it is used unless a written exception has been granted by the District. KEYS: No key for the Facilities shall be provided for persons other than those approved by the Superintendent or his designee. SMOKING: Smoking will not be permitted in the school building or on the school campus. Unauthorized smoking shall be sufficient justification for immediate cancellation of the current use agreement or the prohibition of further use by the offending organization or individual(s).
