Employee profit sharing system. The work of the men and women of EDF Group is the basis of its business performance. Accordingly, EDF Group considers that social progress should be regarded on a par with economic progress and that employees should benefit from the performance of their company, which is the fruit of their collective efforts. In addition to the basic wages paid to each employee the signatories are aiming at a profit- sharing system, incentives that vary in form (individual bonuses, incentive remuneration, profit sharing, employer contributions to save-as-you-earn schemes or pension funds, etc.), being present in each company of the Group. In this framework, each EDF Group Company shall define its own compensation policy to remunerate individual and collective performance, based on its own economic, social and legal conditions.
