EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. The provisions of this Section 10 shall not supersede the Employee Proprietary Information Agreement (the "Proprietary Agreement") between Employee and the Company (or any other agreement of similar intent) which shall remain in full force and effect and, moreover, this Agreement, the Proprietary Agreement and any such other similar agreement between the parties shall be construed and applied as being mutually consistent to the full extent possible.
