EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AND INVENTIONS AGREEMENT. In consideration of this employment agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Mad Catz Inc., and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (collectively, the “Parties), the Parties hereby agree that the Agreement entitled AGREEMENT RELATING TO EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIALITY, NON-DISCLOSURE AND ASSIGNMENT OF INVENTIONS, PATENTS, IDEAS AND DISCOVERIES and attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby made part of this employment agreement.
