EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES AND RELEASE. As a condition to any exercise of the Options, the Company may require Employee (i) to make any representation or warranty to the Company as may be required under any applicable law or regulation, (ii) to make a representation and warranty that no Forfeiture Event has occurred or is contemplated and (iii) to execute a release of claims against the Company arising before the date of such release, in such form as may be specified by the Company.
