EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES AND RELEASE. As a condition to any non-forfeiture of the Restricted Stock that vests upon Termination of Employment, the Company may require Employee (i) to make any representation or warranty to the Company as may be required under any applicable law or regulation, and (ii) to execute a release from claims against the Company arising at or before the date of such release, in such form as may be specified by the Company.
