As a condition to the vesting of Restricted Stock, the Company may require Employee to make any representation or warranty to the Company as may be required under any applicable law or regulation, and to make a representation and warranty that no Forfeiture Event has occurred or is contemplated within the meaning of Section 10 of the Plan.
