EMPLOYEE SEVERANCE PACKAGES. During the period commencing on the conclusion of the Earn-Out Period and for twelve (12) months thereafter, in the event the position of any employee listed on Annex H attached hereto (the “Key Employees”) is eliminated by Buyer or such employee’s employment is otherwise terminated by Buyer, without Cause, such employee shall be entitled to a severance payment in an amount not less than six (6) months of such employee’s monthly salary at the time of termination.
