EMPLOYEE XXXX OF RIGHTS. Section One. Each employee shall be protected in the full exercise of the rights of freedom of speech, assembly, due process, and equal protection under the provisions of this Agreement and the U.S. Constitution. Additionally, each employee shall be protected under the provisions of Section 4-61d of the Connecticut General Statutes. (Whistle Blowing Statute).
