Should the County find it necessary to reduce the number of 5 Physicians through layoff, the County will identify the clinic and specialty area from 6 which the layoff shall be made and the Physician at that clinic in the specialty area of 7 the position being eliminated with the lowest length of service will be affected.

Should the County find it necessary to reduce the number of bargaining unit employees through layoff, the County will identify the clinic/program, the Pharmacist category from which the layoff shall be made. The bargaining unit employee at that clinic/program with the lowest length of service will be affected.
2. Pharmacists Specialty Area shall be defined as: a) Community Pharmacist; and b)
Employees Affected. 4.01 The Company agrees that the duties and responsibilities for positions listed under the Schedule B classifications are full-time and are outlined in Schedule A and Schedule D hereto attached.
4.02 The job descriptions and classifications shall be reviewed jointly from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
(a) Any proposed amendment to a job description during the term of this Agreement shall be discussed with the Union and, when an amendment is mutually agreed by the parties, the amended job description shall be appended to this Agreement.
(b) A proposed amendment that is not mutually agreed by the parties may be referred to interest arbitration for resolution.
4.04 Any new job classification which may be created within the scope of this Agreement, shall be negotiated within sixty (60) days of the new classification being created and appended to this Agreement.
4.05 If within the sixty (60) day period no agreement is reached on the wage rate of a classification, then this dispute may be referred to an Arbitration Board as outlined in Article 27 of the Agreement for final disposition.
