Employees and Sublicensees. Each Party shall require its sublicensees and cause its Affiliates and its and their employees, authorized agents and representatives to comply with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and shall be deemed for purposes of this Agreement to have taken the actions and inactions of the same in connection thereto.
