Employees and Third Party Contractors. At all times during the Term, Property Manager shall employ, directly or through third party contractors (e.g., employing a local property management and/or leasing company), a sufficient number of capable employees and/or third party contractors to enable Property Manager to properly, adequately, safely and economically manage, operate and maintain the Property. All matters pertaining to the supervision of such employees and/or third party contractors shall be the responsibility of Property Manager. All salaries and benefits of employees who perform work in connection with the Property shall be consistent with the Budget (as hereinafter defined).
