Employees assigned to the Helicopter. Unit will be provided the necessary protective clothing, boots, equipment, and flight helmet by the Tulsa Police Department in order to safely and appropriately perform the duties of that particular work assignment. It is understood by the parties that items shall be replaced when deemed unserviceable by the unit commander as approved by the Chief of Police.
