Employees Attending Training Courses. Employees shall be given not less than two weeks' notice to attend training courses that are two or more days in duration and require the employee to stay overnight away from home.
Employees Attending Training Courses. Should the Employer require an employee to attend a training course or seminar, the employee will be paid the regular rate of pay that they normally receives in the course of their duties for any such time spent on the course. This letter of understanding will not form part of the Collective Agreement.
