Common use of Employee's Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Employee's Base Salary. In consideration for rendering the services as set forth herein, Employee shall receive an annual base salary in the amount of Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Twenty two Dollars ($50,622), beginning on the Effective Date payable semi-monthly, in arrears. All amounts payable to Employee as salary and other compensation hereunder shall be subject to taxes and customary withholding by the Company. Employee's salary will be reviewed by CBSA and Employee annually on or each anniversary of the effective date of the Agreement and shall be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties.

Employee's Base Salary. In consideration for rendering the services as set forth herein, Employee shall receive an annual base salary in the amount of Fifty Eighty Eight Thousand Six Two Hundred Twenty two Dollars ($50,62288,200), beginning on the Effective Date payable semi-monthly, in arrears. All amounts payable to Employee as salary and other compensation hereunder shall be subject to taxes and customary withholding by the Company. Employee's salary will be reviewed by CBSA and Employee annually on or each anniversary of the effective date of the Agreement and shall be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties.

All amounts payable to Employee as salary and other compensation hereunder shall be subject to taxes and customary withholding by the Company. Employee's salary will be reviewed by CBSA and Employee annually on or each anniversary of the effective date of the Agreement and shall be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties.

Employee's Base Salary. In consideration for rendering the services as set forth herein, Employee shall receive an annual base salary in the amount of Fifty Seventy Five Thousand Six Five Hundred Twenty two Dollars ($50,622Sixty Four Dollars($75,564), beginning on the Effective Date payable semi-monthly, in arrears. All amounts payable to Employee as salary and other compensation hereunder shall be subject to taxes and customary withholding by the Company. Employee's salary will be reviewed by CBSA and Employee annually on or each anniversary of the effective date of the Agreement and shall be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties.

Employee's Base Salary. In consideration for rendering the services as set forth herein, Employee shall receive an initial annual base salary in the amount of Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Twenty two Dollars SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,62260,000), beginning on for which the Effective Date payable employee will commit at least 40% of her time to company matters, of which TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($2,500.00) shall be paid semi-monthly, monthly in arrears. All amounts , and deferred and payable to Employee as salary and other compensation hereunder shall be subject to taxes and customary withholding by the Companyin accordance with paragraph 2 (b) below. Employee's salary will be reviewed by CBSA the Company and Employee annually on or each anniversary of the effective date of the Agreement and shall be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties.
