Common use of Employee’s Bonus Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Bonus. Compensation for a fiscal year shall equal Employee’s Adjusted EBITDA Bonus Compensation (if any), plus Employee’s FCF Bonus Compensation (if any), plus Employee’s Revenue Bonus Compensation (if any), plus Employee’s Departmental Performance Bonus Compensation (if any), for that fiscal year.
