Common use of Employee’s Execution of Release Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Execution of Release. The payment of Severance pursuant to Section 6.2, 6.3, or Section 6.6(b) is expressly contingent upon execution by Employee or his duly authorized representative of a full and general release of any and all claims against the Company and its officers and directors in the form reasonably required by the Company.
