Common use of Employee’s Obligation to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Obligation to Cooperate. You will, at any time during your employment, on request of the Company, execute all documents and perform all lawful acts which the Company considers necessary or advisable to secure its rights hereunder and to carry out the intent of this Agreement.
