EMPLOYEES OF DISTRIBUTOR. The Distributor shall be responsible for the selection, training and supervision of, and the payment of remuneration and benefits to, its employees who assist it in the performance of its obligations hereunder and in no event shall the Company have any obligation to, or authority over, such employees of the Distributor.
