Common use of Employees of the Company Clause in Contracts

Employees of the Company. The Employee shall not, at any time (whether during the term of the Agreement or at any time thereafter), directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any business enterprise other than the Company and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates, solicit any employee, distributor or any other affiliate of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to leave his or his employment with the Company or such subsidiary, or encourage any such person to leave such employment or relationship, without the prior written approval of the Company in each instance.
