Employee’s Right to Base Salary and Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to the following: (i) Base Salary and employee benefits, if any, which have been earned but not paid through the Termination Date, and (ii) an Annual Bonus, equal to the product of (A) the Annual Bonus, and (B) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in the current fiscal year through the date of termination and the denominator of which is 365.
