Employee’s Rights and Obligations Upon Termination of Employment By Employee. If Employee’s employment is terminated by the Employee pursuant to paragraph 12(c) herein, then the Employee shall be entitled to the following in full satisfaction of all of his rights under this Agreement or at law: (i) Severance Pay. Employee shall be entitled to no severance pay.
