Common use of Employee’s Use of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Use of Confidential Information. Except in connection with and in furtherance of Employee’s work on the Company’s behalf, Employee shall not, without the Company’s prior written consent, at any time, directly or indirectly, use, disclose or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information to any person or entity.

Employee’s Use of Confidential Information.
