Employees With Access To PHI. Subcontractor represents and warrants that it will not permit any workforce member to access PHI unless Subcontractor has taken reasonable steps to ensure that the employee can be trusted to safeguard PHI in accordance with Business Associate’s policies and procedures.
Employees With Access To PHI. Identifying employees or other individuals under the control of the Employer that may access PHI received from the Plan.
Employees With Access To PHI. The employees, classes of former employees or other individuals under the control of the Plan Sponsor listed on Schedule A are the only individuals that may access PHI received from the Plan.
