Employer Actions or Failures to Act as Violation of Agreement. Failure of any Employer, after reasonable notice by the Trustees so to do, to: (a) furnish books, records, reports, and/or pay contributions; or (b) comply with the rules and regulations formulated and promulgated by the Trustees of the Welfare Fund; shall be considered a violation of the terms and conditions of this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
