Employer Documentation. The Employee shall hold in a fiduciary capacity for the benefit of the Employer all documentation, disks, programs, data, records, drawings, manuals, reports, sketches, blueprints, letters, notes, notebooks and all other writings, electronic data, graphics and tangible information and materials of a secret, confidential or proprietary information nature relating to the Employer or the Employer’s business that are in the possession or under the control of the Employee.
