Employer Non-Discretionary Benefit Dollars. For each Plan Year, an Employer who has selected Employer Non-Discretionary Benefit Dollars on the Adoption Agreement shall inform each Participant of the amount of Employer Non-Discretionary Benefit Dollars which shall be applied by the Employer to provide employee benefits under the employee benefit plans selected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement.
