Common use of Employer Only Clause in Contracts

Employer Only. The Employer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, without cause and at any time, upon days’ written notice to the Practitioner. The Practitioner shall have no right to terminate this Agreement. If the Employer elects to terminate this Agreement without cause, the Practitioner shall be entitled to collect their compensation, as stated in Section VI, for a period of days following the termination date.
