Common use of Employer to Provide Subscribers with Notice of Cancellation, Rescission or Nonrenewal Clause in Contracts

Employer to Provide Subscribers with Notice of Cancellation, Rescission or Nonrenewal. If this Contract is rescinded, or cancelled by either party, the Employer shall notify the Subscribers. If rescinded or cancelled by Blue Shield, the Employer shall promptly send a copy of Blue Shield's Notice of Cancellation, Rescission or Nonrenewal to each Subscriber and provide Blue Shield proof of such mailing and the date thereof.
