EMPLOYERS BOUND BY AGREEMENT. Each employer listed on an Exhibit shall be and continue to remain, personally and individually, liable under this Agreement for and during the term hereof, irrespective of whether said member shall cease to be a member of the Association prior to the date set for the expiration of said contract. Wherever this Agreement refers to an Employer in the masculine it shall be deemed to also include the feminine.
