Employer’s Liability for National Insurance Contributions. As a condition to the grant of this Option, Optionee acknowledges and agrees that Optionee shall be liable for paying the Employer’s portion of any primary and secondary Class 1 National Insurance Contributions attributable to the Option, and hereby agrees to execute a joint form of election for purposes of the foregoing in such form and in such manner as the Company and HM Revenue & Customs deems necessary and appropriate.
