Common use of Employment Agreement, Confidentiality, Non-compete and Non-solicitation and Invention Assignment Agreements Clause in Contracts

Employment Agreement, Confidentiality, Non-compete and Non-solicitation and Invention Assignment Agreements. The key employees of the Group Companies identified in Exhibit D hereto (the “Key Employees”) shall enter into an employment agreement, a confidentiality and invention assignment agreement and a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement with a Group Company in such form and substance as approved by the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”).
