The Group Companies shall cause all of their respective current employees to enter into employment agreements and proprietary rights and confidentiality agreement in standard form in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. The Group Companies shall further cause all of their respective future employees to enter into employment agreements and confidentiality and intellectual property rights agreements in standard form in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
